Happy Fathers Day to all guys out there. Hope you have a great day.
It's Sunday and I really try not to spend so much time here. It is just my own thing, it diffinately is not a religious thing, cause I am a Christian but not religious fanatic. Haven't gone to church in years, and don't plan to go anytime soon. Just to political for me, and have had some bad issues, so hubby and I are both content not going. My church is where ever I happen to be. But if you like that sort of thing, more power to you, and I'll continue to do my thing.
Yesterday, I guess it was my FLOAT day, for I did very little, but then neither did hubby. We both sort of just took it off. Of course, I cooked the meals, did chores, and putzied a bit, but that was it. And today could very easy be that was also, but that is not an option, I have to do something. Or I could be like Finn and just curl up in the sun on the chair and just sleep the day away, but I did sleep 9 hours last night, and got up really late this morning. So chores were late, and hubby got home before I got them done. Larry is going to work on the extra step for the John Deere tractor so it will be easier for him to get on. That is the one we will use to remove those big branches off the lawn, and with the little traces of rain we have had the last 2 nights the lawn is back growing and it will need mowed here in a the next couple of days, so need to get those branches pulled off. Before all of this last 2 months, those branches would have been taken care of the next day, so I am not used to seeing that mess out there., I have picked up all the smaller branches and have them in a couple of piles so when we do get out there it is ready.
Well, you all take care, and GET some me time today. Linda
