recommitting to staying the course

Sugar free for 18 days...need to up the exercise ante and build more walking routines to daily living. Grateful for coming home after a brief vacation with my family and lots of swimming. Just need to come back to routine and get back on track with food and portions, making better choices. Happy Sunday!
