Dehydration & junk food cravings

Drinking as much water as you can in a day will diminish junk food cravings. Coffee, tea, salt, sugar, alcohol, these things will dehydrate you. The more dehydrated you are the more you won't want fresh fruit, veggies, and even water. Detox and cleanse with water. Water, water, and more water. If you like junk food, then you are not drinking enough water. Drink water and eat fruit. Fruit sugar is not bad for you. 🌴💚🍇💙🍈💜🍉💛🍊💙🍋🍌💚🍍💜
