WHY DID I DO THIS?

Last week I lost about 2 lbs and was so happy. This week I gained that back and a bit more. Why didn't I just relax and try and add a bit more to my losses. Why did I self sabotage when I know what to do.? Does anyone else do this? Was I deprived of food in another life? Oh well I will journey on.........
For the sake of my health if nothing else as I am 63 on Canada Day. So I will.....
1. Try a new recipe
2. Walk a little during lunch hour
3.Prepare lots of veggies ahead of time.
4. Write down what I eat.
