I go tomorrow to get my blood tested for my A1C. Hope it is good. I've worked very hard at doing what I need to do. Have kept it under control for 5 years, even though I have gained some weight back.
Went to the gym today for 51 minutes. I don't know what the machine is, but it has a hill climbing mode. I was on it for 30 minutes, then the treadmill for 21. I hope that it helps me to lose weight. I also need to do some strength training. Gonna try to do that at home.
