10 Reasons I want to lose weight
1. Lower my Cholesterol so I can get off of meds
2. Lower blood pressure to a point I can cut back on my meds
3. To become more healthy
4. To be able to get around better
5. To get in smaller clothes that fit and look good on me
6. To find exercises I can do and enjoy doing to keep me moving.
7. To live longer because my heart will become stronger
8. So I can look at myself in the mirror and be happy wit what I see
9. To enjoy eating healthy food and no longer binging
10. To be an example for my girls that they can do it also.
