6/14/17 – Day 30
30. What are you most proud of about your journey towards healthy living during the last month?

I was not on a diet during this 30-day challenge. I was eating whatever I wanted. I also didn’t lose any weight. I did a lot of thinking. I did pay attention to what I’m doing now and how I feel. I’m not feeling the way I want to feel. I don’t have the energy I want. So more changes are coming. Watch for an update.
