Day 49 of 100 days of Gratitude

I'm overloaded with volunteer tasks and I love doing them, but I'm hanging on by a thread with SP. Got on stationary bike today for a good workout. Ate well and dodged all triggers. I'm so thrilled to have SP so I know how to get back on track.
I think SP is the best resource I've ever seen for living a healthy lifestyle. Thanks, Chris and all the staff who make it available.
