Slowly but surely my muscle pull in the back is healing. I have been able to get back into the gym on Sunday and yesterday (chest/tricep workout on Sunday and back/bicep workout on Monday). I've also been walking 6 miles (roughly per day) and there's no more pain when I walk. It's still tight (and I *REALLY* need to stretch out more) but it's getting there. I may swim later today (originally I was planning on doing a leg workout at the gym) or go for a bike ride but the family wants to go to the park this evening for the concert - so that may have to wait.
I'm hoping to try and start running again on Monday of next week (weigh in is on Thursday of this week).
