WEEKLY TOTALS
-My brother, his wife, and child came to visit for a few days. It was an exhausting week with some extra food challenges. But I am proud of how I handled myself.

-I consumed 10,150 calories this week, which averages 1450 calories per day. I met my caloric goals 5/7 days this week.

-I earned 525 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 4,255 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 850 net calories a day, which is right on target.

-I averaged 166 this week. I lost about one pound this week!
