BACK ON THE WAGON

Well, it seems that June is my "new year"...

Around about this time of the year I get antsy, and I think, "I gotta get back in shape" and then I stand on the scale and there is much screech and trauma!


Time to get real!

So, in the past, the Health Kick thing did not work for me. In fact, it had the opposite effect.
But I have to do something!


I am unfit and I used to swim 3 kilometers without blinking!

So I have no idea what is going to happen, but I am going to track my food and exercise 3 times a week, until August and see what happens.

Anyone wanting to sign up for the cheering section, please let me know! I have a friend online who is keeping me accountable and rewarding me with books! (she is the best!)

Time to get moving again!

    Tracking food normally helps tremendously: all those sneaky little bites in between need to be tracked now and normally that stops me from having them.
    A little exercise goes a long way - I love the June Yoga calendar with short yoga videos (all under 20 mins and very do-able)

    Let's keep each other accountable - being in a tiny rental cut down on my movement 10 from one end of the house to the other doesn't add up to much..
    So here's to more movement and eating sensibly
