Today's assignment is to list 10 reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
1- I want to weigh 150 and be able to appreciate it now (it was wasted on my youth when I thought I was SOOO fat at that weight)
2- I want to be rid of type 2 diabetes
3- I want to live and see future grandchildren grow up through high school
4- I want to FEEL lighter. At 287 I was so weighted down and sluggish. Its better now in the 190's
5- I would like to have a shapely figure not a rectangle
6- I want to fit on roller coasters again -- comfortably
7- I want to reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack by lowering my blood pressure
8- I want to fit in AN (singular) airline chair without spilling out under the arm rest
9- I want to return to some normal hygiene techniques
10- I want to be proud of myself and respect myself for conquering my weight problem in a healthy way for once in my life-- and sticking to it!!
