Wow it has been some time since I have written!

I don't like to write on here, because I see so many people who are so successful, and yet, I am not. I am holding my own, but making (seemingly) no progress. What has progressed is this...
* My BP is WAY down
* My workouts are way UP (about 5 miles/day--or 11,000 steps minimum per day)
* I do not have sleep apnea (this was a question last year, that got answered, to the tune of way too much money).
* My mood (generally) is better.
And yes, my weight has stayed.... tada.... the same. :( BLAH.
I do not sleep enough. I am currently getting on average 4 hrs sleep per night... much of that is disrupted. I know this is not good, but with my brain injury it is what it is. My eating reflects being exhausted most of the time...
So this is where I am. I would like to drop down five (yes, 5) solid pounds (not water) by the end of June 2017. That is my current mini-goal. So there. I wrote it out.
