Otherwise, this information may be useful if you want to have good skin. I was listening to Bernd Friedlander at the Silicon Valley Health Institute who has used collagen since the 80's. Bernd was the Olympic coach who was the first to use collagen for his athletes and his team has won more gold medals than any coach in history. Lean proteins such as chicken breasts are the worst to eat because of high methionine and tryptophan. That stuff will age you so fast. The best proteins are high in proline and glycine but low in methionine. Chicken feet fit the bill and it's like super food to me.
So here we go with 10 lbs of chicken feet. Cooked with black bean sauce style. I skipped the deep fry method that everyone on Youtube is doing when cooking Chinese style. That's not a healthy way to cook.
Naturally, chicken feet is super high in collagen and also hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate. This is anti-aging food. I cooked in large quantity then freeze them in small Pyrex bowls for daily consumption.
P.S.Once again the experts are wrong about lean proteins just like they were wrong about eggs and cholesterol. Lean proteins such as chicken breast will age you so fast. Free range eggs are good for you with choline and other essential nutrients in egg yolk. I eat duck eggs as they are more nutritious and ducks are much tougher than chickens and don't need antibiotic. Ever.
