LCHF - Day 2: Feeling fine

It's LCHF diet - day 2.

Well, it's not a diet, I don't count kcal, I'm just careful about what food I eat.

I'm fine today. No headaches, no irritabiltity. No special cravings. Is it possible that sugar cravings are already over? It's Day 2!

It's past 7 pm and I feel confident that I will manage throught the night just fine.

I caught myself thinking that I cannot actually do this in the long run, but again, I'm focusing on today. Today was fine. Day 2 emoticon

BREAKFAST: eggmilk coffee
LUNCH: a chicken drum, mashed cauliflower, salad (cucumbers, bell peppers, tomato, onion, fetta cheese, olive oil, vinegar)
DINNER: scrambled eggs with bacon and a bit of mozzarella cheese + salad (from lunch)
SNACK AFTER DINNER: eggmilk coffee

    I am on Day 1 again. Like Sarah said--I am drinking a bit of salted chicken broth to help with the sodium loss due to releasing excess water weight.
    It has been my experience that this is sustainable--I just make the decision every now and then to have chocolate.
    I love LCHF because I get to eat until full.

    Good Work!

    If you get the headache again, drink some water mixed with salt or some broth. It will make the headache go away.
