LCHF - Day 1: focusing on today

Today I started with LCHF (low carb, high fat) diet again.
For someone as me, who has always had a high-carb diet and has a sweet tooth, it seems impossible to live without sugar.
However, it's past 8 pm, and Day is almost over, without any problems.
I'm having a light headache, nothing I can't manage. And I felt pretty tired and irritable somewhere around lunchtime. Dessert is a must have for me, so I needed strong will today.
BREAKFAST: eggmilk coffee
LUNCH: meat, zucchini, salad (cabbage and carrots), mushrooms
DINNER: lunch leftover meat and zucchini, a tomato
AFTER DINNER: eggmilk coffee
This was my day today. I have no idea how I'm going to do this long-run. But I'm focusing on today. Today was good. Day 1 - done!
