One Week In .. The Second Time Around

I'm one week in after a five year absence. I haven't lost any weight this week, but I'm definitely paying attention and making changes! I started out on my smartphone, trying to find my way around with limited success. I finally opened my laptop and discovered so much more. But the format has changed somewhat. I suppose I will get comfortable with it again. I found the other goals and reports that I liked to track. My time has been very limited this week, so I am glad to have made any progress at all.
When I first did this five years ago, I filled out my profile and Sparkpeople told me what weight I should aim for. They told me what I needed to do each day regarding exercise and my calorie range. Also exactly how long it would take me to meet those goals. I did exactly what they said and came out right on target.
I knew I really needed to lose another ten pounds or so. So I reset my goals and kept right on track. I haven't found the little weight tracker that used to appear on my Spark page. Does anyone know if that is still available?
I also liked posting in a few of my teams and made several friends who later found me on Facebook. I haven't done any of that yet this time but would love to start that back up again.
Step by step, I'm getting back into the Spark groove. If you have any advice for me to better learn my way around the site, please feel free to let me know.
