6/9/17 – Day 26, 27, 28 (going to be out of town for a couple of days)
Day 26
26. Do you like to exercise alone, with a partner, in a small group, or in a large group? Why?

I find it even harder to make myself exercise alone than with people.....something about not disappointing friends if I have told them I will be there.

Day 27
27. Have you ever hired anyone to help you with your journey? A personal trainer. A dietician/nutritionist? A wellness coach? A life coach? What worked and didn't work?

Years ago, I paid a personal trainer at a local gym once to work with me and design an exercise plan for me. She handed me a piece of paper with a list of exercises using the machines there in the gym. Nothing about walking, water exercises, or any other type of exercise. Is that all they really know? Well I chalk that up to the part of the country I live in.

28. What do you do for wellness? For example, to increase emotional, spiritual, or intellectual well-being?

I interact with my friends. I have two Bible study groups, a garden club group, a book club group and my Church.

    I exercise better with people too. I tend to think I would have the same experience with these "specialists". I went to 2 dietitians with the same diet and they both just handed me a paper and that was it. Love your contacts. Around here we are limited - a garden and book club both sound great.
