I didn't eat refined sugar yesterday

I sweetened a fruit smoothie with monkfruit sweetener, and even though it didn't taste exactly like I wanted it to, it was passable. I'm going to do the same thing for my snack today. Physically, I'm feeling a little bit better than I did before, but mentally, I woke up craving sugar. It's usually after three in the afternoon that a sugar craving hits me, but because I'm trying to stay away from it, of course it would show up early. But, if I get through the day without giving in, I'll be pleased enough with myself.
