I'm feeling much better since I last posted. I'm trying not to overthink or expect too much: in fact, I'm going to try and maintain my current weight for a while, while cutting back on sugar and saturated fat and trying to get at least a little bit of moving back into my day. I'm trying not to dwell on all the challenges. One day at a freaking time, and doing what I can when I can. I'm trying to take what I've learned since January and make it work for me, without tying myself into knots about it. It's so much harder than it sounds. But today, I'm not going to dwell on that, I'm just going to try my best for today.
