24. When did you incorporate fitness goals into your healthy lifestyle? (Before starting to lose weight, during weight loss, after goal weight, etc.)
Definitely after. I put off exercising as long as possible. Even now, the only exercise I do is walking the dog. I haven't picked up the weights in a long time. This morning did I get down in the floor and do some stretches for my back because I was feeling so stiff.
