Never Miss a Monday

Monday, June 05, 2017

Looking back at yesterday I can really say....DANG I was in a total funk. After I wrote my blog I didn't do much, vegged and relaxed. Ended up walking in place and still didn't get in all my steps for the day. I was ok with that because I also told my husband what has been bothering me. I honestly believe that opening up here helped me to open up to him. Today I woke up refreshed and honestly for the first time in a long time I was wide awake before I even had a sip of coffee! I read some personal development on the way into work and even got off the train and walked into work instead of taking the trolley. I got tons of things done and still went to the gym at lunch time. My good choices didn't end there however. Tonight I got off the train and even with the skies gray and drops of rain here and there hitting me, I walked the 1.5 miles home! I hit my daily steps goal before I even got a mile into my walk!! I did it!! I made fantastic choices, and I feel just that..fantastic! I'm now sitting back watching Bachelorette and planning on heading to bed right after this. I am looking forward to walking up and again making great choices! The world is mine!
