Many of these are the same as my BLC Goals. However, I've cut the list down to a few things, just for this month.
Daily Fit bit Goal: 7,800 steps = 3 miles
Swim x 2 a week (weather permitting)
ST x 2 a week
Within calorie range 5 days out of 7
Carb range 80 - 100 5 days out of 7
