6/3/17 – Day 21
21. Did you or do you have any disordered eating habits - binging, purging, excessive calorie restriction or excessive exercise? How did develop (or how are you developing) a healthier relationship with food?
No, no, nothing like that. Quite the opposite. I usually eat/want a larger portion than would be normal for a person my age. I’ve always had a “healthy” appetite. I’m working on getting more exercise. I have the walking down pat, but need to start some strength exercises in.
Had a great time at a community party last night. Good group of people, conversation, and food. Today will concentrate on cleaning the house, laundry, and putting party decorations away.
