20. What are your favorite healthy foods? What healthy foods have you 'discovered' along the way to better eating habits?
I love the cruciferous vegetables (Brussels sprouts, broccoli, kale, etc.) I love my veggies. I have always been a "foodie" and interested in the cutting edge of food and cooking. My bedside table books for reading are cookbooks (Larousse's Gastronomique, The Culinary Institute's The Professional Chef, Peterson's Glorious French Food, etc.). I experimented years ago with the lesser known grains like millet, Winter wheat berries, Red rye, etc. You know, your typical "foodie". I admit to being a “tomatoholic”. Anything tomato. And cheeses!
