I Still Don't Want Weight Loss Surgery 13 Week Challenge.

People keep liking my blog post from a year ago, and it's slightly depressing me that I have made NEGATIVE progress since that point. Well, weight wise anyway. When I ended my "I don't need weight loss surgery" challenge, I had lost 40 pounds, down to about 228.

I gained 22 pounds of that back.

However, I gave up my 100oz a day Diet Coke habit.

When I visited the Dr. a few weeks back, she was not too happy with me. (Though honestly, if I lose 40 pounds and gain back 20 every year, I will take that as progress!). So I promised to get back on track.

I started on 5/16/17 @ 252.4 Pounds.

My Goal is to lose between 22-30 pounds by my next appointment on 8/22 (230.4-222.4)

My Current Progress:
Week #1: -2.4 pounds
Week #2 -4.4 Pounds

Which gives me 11 weeks to lose 15.2-23.2 pounds.
