Summer Reboot: body reset Phase I+ 10k training

Here's what I'm doing in this week: - body reset plan, Phase I, day1-5 (3 smoothies + 3 snax + 6000 steps per day) - no alcohol - strength: beginner level of body reset resistance: 15 reps, posterior muscles on aalternate days) - Today: did w5d3 of 10k trainer (5 min warm, 20 min run, 5 min cool) Let's nail it Naturegirl! 😎💓
