17. Do you have any meals/snacks that you repeat over and over? What are they?
With this new diet (Mediterranean), I’m going to concentrating veggies, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, fruit, fish and a bit of hardy wheat bread and cheese. Last night I sautéed fresh beet greens with onion and garlic and roasted the beets. Almonds, almond butter, avocado and olives.
