It's been....

One week since I started sparking again, I have gone on a walk every day and I am feeling good. I found my old profile from 2009 and deleted it, I haven't really changed much except then I was pre-diabetic now I'm diabetic. I don't want to get on the scale just yet I think I am going to weigh myself once a month. As I have said before I am not doing this to lose weight I am doing it to get healthy. That is all for now. :)
