Small bump in the road

I went to the gym last Friday afternoon since I got off work early and had finished cooking and getting everything ready for Shabbat. So, I treated myself to a workout at Anytime Fitness (the JCC would have taken too long to get there and get back in time). I put together a new back/bicep routine and was doing two-arm upright barbell rows when I managed to pull a muscle in the lower left side of my back. Not too bad - finished my workout and came home. Felt it yesterday (ok, my dress shoes could stand more cushioning) when I walked to synagogue but towards the evening it definitely felt better.

I still feel it today a bit - I'm taking Advil for it for the time being and it's getting better. Hit my 11,000 step FitBit goal for the day (and that's without the second dog walk or the bike ride I had planned for today - both of which have been nixed by the rain falling right now). I thought about going to the gym to do a leg/shoulder workout but I think I'm going to wait another day before I go to the gym. I'll pick up again tomorrow - either leg/shoulder or chest/tricep.
