I have my first two gym client sessions tomorrow. They both say they only want one session each, but that's perfectly ok. Right now I just want the experience of training someone in a full session, not just the taster ones I have so far given. I already have my "at home" lady, who I see twice a week, but it's a different ball game in the gym environment. I have written out programmes for them both, and will see how they feel at the end, if they would like to go further, but either way, as long as they are happy with what I provide, that's the most important thing. I have decided to consider the idea of providing programmes for a one off price. Do a face to face, phone call or online consultation to find out their level right now, and what they want to achieve, and provide a week long programme. Then it's up to them how often they follow it, with options for progressions as they go on over the weeks. Of course they will be able to get further programmes at the same price if they want a change. It's just an idea for now on how to keep growing my business in time.
