I would be remiss if I didn't document my success in losing inches, as well as pounds. Especially since the scale has been moving a lot slower these days. Yesterday I went clothes shopping (to take advantage of all the Memorial Day sales). In the past, I always bought jeans and pants with elastic waist bands. I decided to take a risk and walked over to the Misses section (instead of Women's Plus). I tried on a size 16 pants (not, 16W but 16) and guess what? They FIT!!! I almost screamed out loud with joy. Again, these pants had no stretch, nor elastic in them. I have already experienced purchasing a smaller bra size too. So, the inches are coming down. Whoo hoo,

My next challenge is to determine how to challenge my exercise routine. I have maxed out to the highest resistance on the rowing machine (my machine of choice because it seems to work more muscle groups) and I have added intervals to shake things up. However, I'm thinking maybe I need to drop my calories down.'

Anyway, I am feeling really good and have lots more energy and intend to keep on keepn on.

    You've definitely turned your life around. So great. Once things move in a healthier direction you are yet more motivated to keep up what you are doing. You are thinking about tweaking things to increase the rate of weight loss, not to achieve weight loss, as you are loosing.

    I believe as we lose weight we are suppose to drop the calories as well but im sure sure how much. Congratulations on ur loss!
