Chapter 25, Day 68

Night time snacking is one of my bad habits. I really, really wanted to snack last night. I didn't. I was able to resist these temptations by thinking thin over what my body shape is and it gave me the power boost to resist that I needed. Another battle won. Sweet victory.

Today we have a family picnic at DS2s. There will be lots of food temptations. Can I avoid these pitfalls that keep me from my success? Have I crossed over to the other side?

Grateful I beat off the snacking urges last night ... no early morning dieters remorse when I hopped on the scale.
Blessed with some family time today.
Enjoyed putting in the last piece of my jigsaw puzzle this morning.
Nice weather.
Peaceful, quiet, relaxing early morning.

Heading out for a walk now.
Plan out food strategy for the day.
Make dish to bring to family picnic
Handwash some delicates.
Help DH with some gardening.
Client work.
