Happiness Day 7

Friday, May 26, 2017

Well my week of recording my happiness comes to an end! So for today I must say that I am happy because I was able to find happiness in the little things in life.
Life is made of different challenges that we all face. I always try to greet everyone with a smile not matter what is going on in my life. This in turn helps make my day better if it is not going well.

The definition of happiness "Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being which can be defined by, among others, positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. Happy mental states may also reflect judgments by a person about their overall well-being". So my final thought is "Don't Worry Be Happy" emoticon emoticon emoticon

So today I thank God for my happiness and pray that everyday will be a happy one!

Sorry I was away during your "Week of Happiness" :) Keep thinking of the good things--search for the silver lining even as you are facing this difficult time with your mom's health. You're a keeper, my girl! I'm so proud to know you.

If you journal, you can continue to record your happiness. Rereading your journal is a good was to remind yourself of the steps in your journey, maybe your milestones. Recording your happiness would be a great way to remind yourself, to motivate yourself, to inspire yourself.
