I don't remember when I just kind of stopped using the app, but I do know that it was really helping. I thought that because I just knew what foods I needed to eat that tracking them didn't really matter. I guess I was wrong, I know feel that not only tracking what I eat but also the support of this group was a big part of my success. Since I stopped tracking I gained 20+ pounds and now need to work to lose it again. Here's to starting again.
