Breaking through those plateaus are always the hardest. Your body gets used to what you're doing and levels off some times. This was a while ago so hopefully you could change things up and reach your new goal!

Maintaining is the hardest part. I know some have maintained then after a couple of months were able to drop another five pounds once their body got use to the new weight. Jason Fung M.D. says that we have to be at our goal weight for at least one year for our body to stop trying to regain the weight and return to the old "set point."

The last ones are the hardest. AND don't worry so much about the scale number, as long as you keep eating right, your body will show you where it needs to be,.
