I thought I would type a little ditty just to keep myself accountable. I've been at this since Monday and boy do I feel good, I am walking at least one mile a day and I have been tracking all of my food and checking my glucose levels in the morning and at night. I find myself in a better mood at work. I am just hoping and praying that I can stick to this. Vacation is coming up and that's when I usually fall off the wagon, I am hoping that I can still keep track of everything on the road. I already have a list of healthy snacks to pack.
This post wasn't meant to be entertaining I just needed to get some words down on screen..
