Planning Out Tonight

Much better day today. I woke up super-hungry so I ate cereal with milk and also had a Fiber One bar on the way to work. Then my coffee. Mediocre on the healthy side, but not bad.
Lunch is Greek yogurt with banana and strawberries. Super filling. Here's what comes next:
4:00 Oil change. Darn it, I forgot walking shoes. Can I do yoga in the waiting area? Probably not...
~5:00 Get home and take daughter to dance practice.
~ 5:30 Make dinner for son and me. He likes breakfast-for-dinner, so I'm thinking eggs. There's a great Spark Solution recipe with eggs, spinach, turkey bacon, and cheese. That could do it!
6:30 Take son to soccer if it's not raining. Walk the dog during practice. (Light workout/rest day)
~8:20 Home from soccer and dance. Must plan for a snack. Hummus and carrots?
This feels too unscheduled...that could spell trouble for me. Back-up plans:
1. Do laundry and drink tea while re-watching The Walking Dead
2. Wash the bathroom floors. Sigh.
3. Send in a return package to Athleta! Must do!
4. Stretch while finishing a book.
Okay, only when these four items are done can I plan in another snack. I can do this. Whew! Here I go!
