Wrapping up May - looking forward to new goals in June

My focus in May was reaching 10,000 steps a day and 60 minutes of activity a day. Did not achieve perfection but that's ok. I will average well over 10,000 and 60 minutes per day and that is progress!

Plan for June:
Maintain 10,000 steps goal
Maintain 60 minutes of activity per day goal

Add - 10-15 minutes of cardio machine 5 days per week
Add handheld weights to 1 30 minute walk, 5 days a week

Small changes - need to keep this do-able and focused on building consistency and habit.

Scale has moved some but not a lot. That's OK. It really is. I am healthier than I was a month ago because of the choices I'm making. Next month I will be a little more healthy than I am today.
