Blahh, i went home this weekend. And ate and ate and ate, i didn`t do my weigh in but im almost positive my weight has gone up...gross. I swear in like 5 days i ate maybe two meals that i would consider good....err. Here`s hoping i can get back on track.

    you'll get back on track. I find when I go home to visit and don't have control over what I eat I always eat more then I should. Also I went to the in laws last weekend and ate like there was no tomorrow but I also had surgery on the 21 of july and hadn't eaten a lot in the three days before going but you'll get there make small changes each day and remember your goals. good luck angie

    Remember you didn't get to this place in a day or a few weeks and it will take time for you to become accustom to eating better. You can always detour and return having learned more about yourself. Don't beat yourself up even if you did gain. You know what happened and you're not ready to lead that lifestyle constantly again.

    I've been at this for almost 9 months and have learned so very much about myself from each and every detour.
