Kind of a rough weekend and hard start this week

Tuesday, May 23, 2017

It's funny how different things in your life tend to get things all messed up. Well it's that time for me and things are not going as planned. But I know it's just a moment and with every moment, I can restart and do the right thing or things. I sabotaged myself over the weekend and just allowed people to serve me, which is a huge mistake. People have these thoughts that just because you are big, you need a big plate of food or drink. Although I didn't eat or drink everything that was given to me, I still managed to eat or drink just enough to go over my calorie intake. Enough that I gained some pounds back, yes some is water weight from female stuff, but enough to notice that it is food intake has weighed in. So this week am going to try to give my all and get back on track and hopefully still meet my goal by this weekend. emoticon

New day, clean slate, new start. Keep starting, and you won't have time for going backwards.

I like to live one day at a time. I used to be very hard on myself, until I realized that if I dwelled on the trips and falls it only made me that much more likely to trip and fall again. Today is a new day, a fresh start! U CAN DO IT!!

You can do this. Now, you know that being served doesn't work for you- next time you will know to make a different choice if possible.
