Sleep Challenge

I am going to work on the sleep challenge. I usually go to sleep at 11 or midnight. I wake up at 7:30A, but I feel so tired in the mornings. I stay on the computer from 8P until I go to sleep. I"m going to cut off my computer half hour before I go to sleep and read or hear soft music.
