Chapter 25, Day 62 ... crossed to other side?

Monday, May 22, 2017

I think I've crossed over to the other side now regarding eating healthy. What are the signs?
One of them for me, is I can be around goodies and not feel tempted. DH brought chocolate covered donuts into the house and there they were, front and center. I was only barely tempted. emoticon emoticon

Fingers crossed. Hope this lasts a while so I can shed some weight, get healthier. Last couple of days were spent eating healthy and getting fitness minutes in. It's a good start; consistency will be key.

Grateful for transcending the strong temptation food can have over me.
Thankful MIL is doing well; she will probably be out of the hospital and over to rehab on Wednesday
Appreciative for a long nap .... I needed rest from working a lot of hours lately

Hope your day was a good one. I'm off to get in a little taped tv and to retire early. emoticon

You can do this! Resisting temptation is tough but if you do it once then once more and again it will get easier.
Hope this is a great week for you! emoticon

Good for u. I'm not tempted by sweets. I'm more tempted by late night food due to working at a restaurant. I caved tonight for first time in well over a months, possibly 2. It was good, but I will have to make up for it tomorrow. Keep it up!

Sounds good. Sugar does not tempt me but chips can. Ugh!
