5/18/17 – 139.4 (down .4) - Day 5
5. What is your weight history like? How old where you when you first 'went on a diet'? Have you lost and regained? How is this time different from others?

I never needed to or even thought I needed to lose weight until October 22, 1999 at age 53 I had a car accident followed by several surgeries over three years leading to being less active. Five years later, I was lucky enough to retire early however that led to even less activity. Age, less activity, and degenerative disk disease and I ended up heavier and less active until I found Eat To Live (Dr. Fuhrman) in April of 2011 and dropped 21 pounds. I kept that weight off for a year and a half before I began to let it creep back up. I still haven’t gained back everything I lost. But I have been “dieting” to keep them off since then.
