New Workout Plan

I have a tendency to take on way too many projects at once and overwhelm myself. I've been working out 6 days a week with an active Sunday for a couple of years now, so it's time to change it up for sure. I'm going to maintain the amount of calories I burn in a week, but I'm going to condense the days I work out to 4 instead of 6.
Sunday
Active Rest Day - Walking Group
Monday
Lower body, with heavy emphasis on butt and thighs. It's my day off so I have plenty of time to get a nice intense workout in.
Tuesday
Rest Day
Wednesday
Abs in the morning, kettlebells at night
Thursday
Rest Day
Friday
Upper Body with cardio
Saturday
Running
My off days will be used to cook my creative things and on my workout days I'll make simpler foods. I should feel less stressed this way, too!
(I am still sore from Monday's leg workout!)
