WOW....it has been too long!

I can't believe that the last time I wrote a blog was in MARCH!!! I don't know what happened - I let all this stuff get in the way of something that is important to me...this is the usual for me. I avoid...that is what I was doing.
Yes, I had a lot on my plate between the renos, my kids' schedules, finishing up my work and helping my parents and inlaws. So what? We are all busy.
So yes, I could dump on myself and say I am disappointed (which I am a bit) but I won't. You know why? Because I am only human and stuff like this happens. I acknowledge that it was my choice to do this. I also chose to keep recording and I chose to keep up with my teams (not great but I did), Persistence perhaps or stubbornness? I know I didn't want to disappoint myself with my food and exercise tracking. The other positive was that I did make effort to keep on top of my eating and remaining active even if sometimes it was my exercise.
The lesson here is that we can adjust what we do depending on the circumstances and not be so hard on ourselves.
I am proud of keeping nutrition a priority and exercise and now..it's back to intentional planning, being engaged and not be on the sidelines when it comes to my health and exercise. I want more than this!
Sooo, what does this mean:
1. Continue tracking food and exercise.
2. Exercise program - follow intentionally.
3. Accountability - teams and blogging as well as journaling on PENZU website.
4. Focus on the positive when it comes to this journey. I sometimes focus more on what is NOT happening vs what is POSITIVE.
I know this sounds repetitive but I need to reconfirm for myself!
