Another 6 weeks to make changes

My trainer at the gym updated my fitness routine today. My thighs are so sore, I almost fell down the stairs. Wonder how the fitbit would have counted that emoticon

These fitness programs last 6 weeks and then they change again. I only see her once a week, and then during the rest of the week I should be doing things on my own. I are failing at the rest of the week thing because I work retail for a store that has heavy items and I walk a lot. I think that is enough, but I have been at 183 pounds since roughly March. So after today's workout I have decided that I need to add in something else and that something else is Fitness Blender workouts. I will be doing a 4 week body weight only workout, skipping the day that I see the trainer. So hopefully at the end of the six weeks I will be in the 170's (I got married at 174, 22 years ago).

If I can figure it out and stick to a more physical existence for the next six weeks my next photo should be much different.

Here is to the next six weeks of changes and seeing some new numbers that haven't been seen in waaaaaaay too long.
