getting back on track....

well i've been through a crazy month at work and i let that deter me from doing my routines and such. i haven't had much time to post any meals or workouts. (not that they were that great)

so i got back in my mindset and (hold back the laughs) i got up earlier than normal and went to the gym before i went to work. i am far from being the morning person so this is hard on me, but i've gone 2 days in a row now. : ) and actually it feels good when i get home so late not to have to worry about going to work out. its like wow my day is done. NICE!

    I love working out in the morning before work! Don't you feel so good throughout the day? If could only get my butt out of bed an extra hour earlier, I'd sign back up at the gym over the summer.
