5/15/17 – 138.6 (down .6) – Day 2
2. How did you pick your goal weight? Did you pick an ultimate goal weight at the beginning of your weight loss? Did it change? Did you set smaller goals along the way?

For my height and age, all the charts seem way to low in my opinion so I chose a number for my goal weight at what I have been before and felt and looked good. I haven’t set any mini goals.

B – Cooked apple, cinnamon, rice, coconut, almonds), coffee
L – Pasta salad (pasta, cucumber, tomato, red kidney beans
D – Stir-fry (onion, bell pepper, mushroom over rice)
