I am so close to being at a good weight that I’m finding it harder to lose those last pounds. I have been yo-yoing up and down the same three pounds for way too long. I sometime think that at my age, I shouldn’t worry whether I get those last pounds off, but then I have to admit to myself that I feel a little bit too fluffy! I’m frustrated by the up and down scale and I don’t want to wear the bigger size clothes! So, I will continue to struggle and strive. To that end, I am going to do the 30 Day Blog Challenge – taken from Tanyap71’s blog years ago (Sept., 2012)
and hope it will offer some answers to getting out of my rut. I always did better when I blogged, recorded my weight and food daily.

Now, May 14, 2017,
Starting weight on 5/14/17 – 139.2 @ BMI 25.9
Goal weight – 127 – 130
I want to lose 9-12 pounds and would hope to lose 4 pounds by the end of May.
B – Apple, plum, yogurt, flax, coconut flakes, almond flakes, coffee
L – Large salad (Romaine, cucumber, tomato, hummus, red kidney beans), sourdough bread
D – Salad (tomato, cucumber, chickpeas, avocado, lemon juice
